How billing actually works
The figures on this page are the recurring plan. They do not hide a pile of unnamed fees, and they are not a quote for hardware. After we understand the doors, the yard, and the rooms that should stay off camera, we send an equipment list with model-level prices and a labor line for the install. You can accept the list in parts. Many households install entries first and add the yard camera the next season.
Yearly billing is a prepay of twelve months at the lower monthly equivalent. It does not lock you into equipment you have not approved. If you cancel a care plan, unused full months after the notice period are handled as described in the terms. Monitoring, if you add it, is billed with the plan and can be removed without removing the cameras.
Taxes or duties that apply where the equipment is delivered are shown on the quote before you agree. We do not ask you to approve a number you have not seen.
