Services Built Around the Rooms You Use

Each service can stand alone or fold into Essential, Guardian, or Estate. We explain what it watches, what it ignores, and how it is looked after.

Cameras

Views with a job description

Every Aegiswell camera is mounted for one sentence: “this lens watches the side gate,” or “this lens watches the stair.” If we cannot write that sentence without filming a bed, a bath, or a neighbor’s private room, the camera does not go there.

Outdoor housings are chosen for rain, glare, and the height of a person at the path. Indoor domes sit in halls and rooms that open to the yard. Night view is tested on install day so a porch light does not wash the frame into white. Clips remain available to the household profiles you approve, and you can delete them. We do not treat a camera as a record of daily life. It is a witness for the moments you asked it to notice.

Guardian and Estate plans include privacy zones and a written placement map. Essential can begin with a single outdoor camera or pair the doorbell instead.

Sensors

Contacts that confirm an opening

Door and window contacts are the honest half of a home system. They do not guess. They report that a specific leaf moved. We place them on the entries you use and on windows that are reachable from a flat roof, a yard wall, or a quiet side of the house. Glass-break sensors are added only in rooms where a contact is awkward and the glass is a real approach.

The art is in the rules. A contact can require the system to be armed. A motion beam in a hall can wait for the contact before it speaks, so a pet’s evening lap stays boring. During the first week we read the alert list with you and move anything that cries wolf. Sensors are labeled in words a guest could understand.

The person at the door, not the whole street

A doorbell camera should answer one question: who is standing where a visitor stands? We set the angle so the step and the face are in frame, and the lens is not aimed down the road into other homes. Two-way audio is tested at the volume you can hear from the room where you actually are, not from the showroom.

Packages, evening arrivals, and the friend who never knocks are the ordinary wins. If your entry is a gate rather than a door, we say so and plan a gate camera instead of forcing a doorbell onto the wrong plane. Doorbell clips follow the same deletion and profile rules as the rest of the system.

Smart locks

Codes that end when the visit ends

Shared keys linger. A lock with expiring codes lets a cleaner, a sitter, or a weekend guest in for a window of time and then forgets them. We help you name each code, decide who may create one, and practice locking from the app and from the keypad when the phone is in another room.

A smart lock is not useful if the side door still has a hidden spare. The placement conversation includes every leaf that opens, including the garage passage and the yard gate. We will not put a connected lock on a door that does not physically latch. Battery reminders are part of the care notes so a lock does not fail on a night you are away.

Monitoring

A desk that follows your instructions

Professional monitoring is optional on Guardian and included as a choice on Estate. When an armed alarm stays unanswered, a specialist follows the order you wrote: who to email, who to try second, and which situations should be treated as urgent. You can update that order by email whenever the household changes.

Monitoring is a support service. It does not guarantee that a person will reach your door, and it does not replace emergency services. False alarms are reduced by the sensor design, and the desk can see the note we left about pets and quiet hours. If you would rather keep alerts inside the household only, Essential works that way from the start.

Lighting cues

Light on the path, dark in the bedrooms

A flood of light on every motion is how neighbors learn to ignore a house. We place smaller fixtures on the walk, the side gate, and the parking spot, with a hold time short enough that a swaying branch does not keep the yard bright for ten minutes. Lights can follow the camera schedule so they respond when the system is armed and stay gentle when you are home.

Lighting is a cue, not a camera. It helps you see a step and it tells a passerby the approach is observed. We avoid aiming brightness into bedroom windows, yours or anyone else’s.

Environmental sensors

The slow emergencies

Not every loss arrives through a door. A leak under a sink, a freeze in a vacant week, or smoke in a hall needs a different kind of notice. Environmental sensors join the same app so you are not learning a second login on a bad morning. We place leak sensors where water actually travels, not only where a brochure shows a puck, and we test the hush button so a steamy shower does not become a weekly drill.

These sensors are supplements. They do not replace maintained smoke equipment required where you live, and they do not put out a fire or stop a flood. They buy minutes and a message. Estate plans include them in the placement map; other plans can add them à la carte.

Care plans

The system still has a person attached

Care is the part households notice in month six, when a battery fades or a new roommate needs a profile. Essential includes email notes and a seasonal reminder. Guardian adds priority replies and the option to book a tune-up. Estate includes two scheduled visits a year and faster device replacement when a camera fails under ordinary use.

A care visit re-walks the original map. We check angles, rename anything that no longer matches the room, retire guest codes, and confirm the monitoring order. You do not have to remember the model numbers. Write to care@ggpokerth.com with the room and the symptom, and we will answer from the plan you already have.
